General Terms

1. Offer Validity: This offer is valid for users in India only.
2. Coin Expiry: Earned coins are valid for 60 days from the date they are credited. Ensure to redeem them before they expire.
3. Fixed Discount: Each redemption provides a fixed ₹20 discount on eligible purchases.
4. Coin Value: Each coin has a monetary value of 0.1 Paise and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any bank account.

Earning and Redemption

1. Coins for purchases will only be credited after the order is delivered and no cancellation or refund is initiated.
2. Coins can only be used as discounts for subsequent purchases and are non-refundable in cases of order cancellations or returns.
3. Coins cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly mentioned.
4. The redemption limit per transaction is fixed at ₹20, irrespective of the number of coins available in your account.

Fraudulent Activity

1. In cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, the company reserves the right to revoke coins earned or block your account from further participation.
2. Transactions processed through virtual cards or any unauthorized payment methods will not qualify for earning coins.

Cancellation and Refund

1. If an order is canceled by the payer or refunded by the merchant, any coins earned for that order will be revoked.
2. For partial cancellations, coins earned will be adjusted proportionally as per the company's policies.
3. Refunds for orders where coins were redeemed will be processed per our refund policy, excluding the coin discount value.

Additional Terms

1. Coins cannot be used to pay for shipping charges or taxes.
2. The company reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel the offer without prior notice.
